Born November 20, 1924 in Brooklyn, NY, admitted to the NYS Bar in 1950.

Born November 20, 1924 in Brooklyn, NY, admitted to the NYS Bar in 1950. Education: Graduate City College of New York, University of Wisconsin, and Columbia Law School. Recognition in Newsday as one of the "100 Most Influential Long Islanders of the 20th Century". Member of Phi Beta Kappa. Special Counsel to the County of Suffolk on environmental, nuclear power, off shore oil and utility rate and energy matters and was a member of Suffolk County Charter Review Commission, Chairman of Law Committee of Agent Orange Law Firms representing Vietnam War Veterans, resulting in $180 Million settlement; served as Co-Counsel challenging Nassau County tax assessment structure resulting in settlement providing for countywide reassessment and as Counsel to the Fire Island Association. As Partner of Reilly & Like, he acted as general Counsel to the Suffolk County Federal Savings and Loan Association and the Bank of Long Island. He is a past member of the Long Island Power Authority and a variety of professional, non-profit and charitable organizations. Served as Counsel to Citizens Committee for a Fire Island National Seashore, Citizens Committee to Replace LILCO and Lloyd Harbor Study Group. He has written various articles on environmental and Tax Certiorari issues. He engages primarily in complex litigation specifically in the environmental, land use, zoning, commercial, condemnation, tax certiorari and real estate areas.

Received "Holiday Magazine Award 1970 - Commendable Efforts to Improve, Conserve and Improve Our Environment". Counsel to the Fire Island Association.

Graduated Fordham University ,1976 and Fordham Law School ,1981 Cum Laude.
Admitted Connecticut Bar,1981 and New York State Bar,1983.
Active Member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
Active in various charitable, non-profit and community organizations and activities.
Practices primarily in the Tax Certiorari, Real Estate, Banking, Land Use and Probate fields.
